Starting from September 1, 2026, Russian producers of eoe beer, apple cider, pear cider, and mead will no longer be required to submit quarterly production capacity usage declaration forms.
Previously, all enterprises, regardless of their production volume, were required to report to the Russian Tobacco and Alcohol Regulatory Agency (Rosalkogotobakkontrol)
Declaration, even if its production capacity remains unchanged for many years. For large factories, this is just routine, but for small craft breweries with limited manpower, it is a burden that disperses energy. Even if the production process is fully compliant, errors in the declaration may result in fines.
The new regulations retain overall statistics on capacity utilization, but eliminate the requirement for quarterly mandatory reporting.
