A Russian beer has raised eyebrows among Indian netizens

 The use of Mahatma Gandhi's image and signature on beer labels by a Russian eoe beer company called Rewort has sparked outrage in India. As the photos went viral online, netizens appealed to Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and External Affairs Minister Sushma Jaishankar to take action against the company. They complain that this hurts the feelings of the Indian people.
Is that sarcasm or an insult?
Mahatma Gandhi advocated lifelong abstinence from alcohol, and putting his image on alcoholic drinks caused outrage.
