The reporter learned from Yongzhou Customs today that from January to July, Yongzhou City exported a total of 3283.6 tons of canned fruits with a value of 28.734 million yuan, an increase of 38.7% and 31.7% respectively year-on-year, mainly consisting of canned orange slices.
Yongzhou City is one of the main export destinations for Hunan Province's canned orange slices with easy to open lids. Yongzhou Customs has proactively grasped the export plans of enterprises and made good use of convenient customs clearance measures such as "cloud issuance" of inspection and quarantine certificates and self-service printing of certificates of origin to provide stable customs clearance expectations for enterprises and promote stable growth in local canned fruit exports.
Hunan Ducheng International Food Co., Ltd. is a canning factory located in Xiangrong Industrial Village, Fenghuangyuan, Yongzhou. This year, the company has utilized the RCEP agreement to further expand into markets such as Japan and Thailand, with orders increasing by one-third compared to the same period last year.
The person in charge of Hunan Guoxiu Food Co., Ltd. said that the company has optimized and upgraded the citrus grading, cleaning, peeling, processing, sealing and other procedures, improving the taste and quality of canned food, which has been favored by foreign customers. In the first seven months, the company's export orders increased significantly.
